Unless otherwise stated, all OYNA garments are made to order. Our estimated production time is approximately 2–3 weeks from payment confirmation. Production times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to fabric availability. Should a significant delay occur, we will notify you.

We offer free delivery within the United Arab Emirates. Once your order has been completed and dispatched, UAE orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days. We also offer worldwide shipping. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and parcel weight. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and courier service. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
