Unless otherwise stated, all OYNA garments are made to order. Production begins once payment has been successfully confirmed. Our estimated production time is approximately 2–3 weeks, excluding delivery. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. OYNA reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment verification issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Each OYNA piece is individually crafted with careful attention to detail. We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and photography. As each garment is individually produced, slight variations in print placement, embroidery, beadwork, fabric texture, measurements, and finishing may naturally occur. These variations are part of the craftsmanship of each piece and do not constitute a defect. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and providing accurate custom measurements where applicable.

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency. Payment must be completed in full before production begins. OYNA reserves the right to update product prices at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid. Shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

All content on this website, including photographs, designs, prints, graphics, logos, product names, and written content, is the intellectual property of OYNA and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission. Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OYNA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.
